RUN ASSESSMENT

Run smarter, stronger, and injury-free.

We help runners better understand how their bodies move so they can run with more efficiency, confidence, and longevity. Whether you’re training for a race, returning from injury, or simply looking to feel stronger on every run, a Run Assessment gives you the insights and support to move with purpose.

Our approach to runassessments.

Our clinicians use a detailed analysis of your gait, biomechanics, and movement patterns to better understand how your body absorbs force, generates power, and moves through each step. From there, we build a personalized plan designed to help you move more efficiently, reduce unnecessary strain, and support long-term running health.

Common Questions

Who is a run assessment for?

A run assessment is for runners of all levels—from beginners building a routine to experienced runners training for a race. It’s also helpful if you’re dealing with recurring aches, coming back from injury, or simply want to understand how your body moves when you run.

What happens during a run assessment?

Your clinician will look at your running mechanics, mobility, strength, and any movement patterns that may be affecting your performance or comfort. From there, they’ll walk you through what they’re seeing and build a personalized plan to help you run with more confidence.

Do I need to be injured to book a run assessment?

No. Many clients come in without pain or injury. A run assessment can help identify weak links, improve efficiency, and support injury prevention, so you can stay ahead of setbacks and keep moving forward.

Can a run assessment help with shin splints, knee pain, or plantar fasciitis?

Yes. These issues are often connected to how your body absorbs impact, and moves through each stride. Your clinician will assess what may be contributing to your pain and create a plan to support recovery and long-term resilience.

What should I wear to my session?

Wear something you feel comfortable moving and running in. Wearing flexible, movement-friendly gear (tee, sports bra, and shorts) helps us assess movement and provide the most effective treatment.
