Cassidy Laidlaw
Cassidy Laidlaw is a Physiotherapist at 17th Ave in Calgary.
She is passionate about helping people move with confidence, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they love. Her interest in physiotherapy grew from her own experiences navigating injuries throughout her competitive gymnastics and NCAA golf careers. Having faced the physical and mental challenges of injury firsthand, she understands how frustrating setbacks can be and how rewarding a full return can feel.
Cassidy completed her degree in Human Biology at South Dakota State University before earning her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. With a background in competitive athletics, she brings a personal understanding of the demands of sport and the importance of building strength, mobility, and confidence throughout recovery.
Cassidy has a particular interest in working with golfers, helping them recover from injuries, improve their movement, and feel their best on and off the course. Having competed in golf herself, she appreciates the physical demands of the game and the strength and control needed to play with comfort and confidence. She also enjoys working with runners, athletes, and individuals of all ages and activity levels, supporting their goals through a personalized approach that combines hands-on care, exercise, and education.
Cassidy is dedicated to helping clients better understand their bodies, take an active role in their recovery, and build the confidence to return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside the clinic, she enjoys weightlifting, running, exploring the mountains, and spending time with friends.

It’s time for a 1:1 with a body expert.
