TREATMENT

Backed by Research and Science

We provide hands-on myofascial treatment and corrective exercise. Our approach is backed by science to reduce pain, improve the way you move, and prevent future injuries.

Why Tuning Up Your Body Matters

In the same way you clean your teeth and maintain your car, your body requires regular tune-ups. We add wear and tear to our muscles and joints every day, which can lead to pain or injury. Routine body maintenance ensures you're always able to feel your best.

The Myodetox Difference

Our full-body treatment approach restores balance by decreasing tension, reducing pain, aligning your posture, increasing your range of motion, and building your strength.

The Myodetox Session

Full-Body Assessment

Your first session begins with a Full-Body Assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The Assessment helps us identify the root cause of any discomfort and helps guide your treatment to ensure we relieve tension.

Hands-On Manual Therapy

Your session includes hands-on myofascial treatment, along with joint mobilization and manipulation. We utilize an all-encompassing approach that restores joint mobility and reduces muscle tension, allowing you to move more freely.

Corrective Exercises

Once we decrease the tension in your body, our therapists work with you to increase control of this new range of motion using personalized, corrective exercises.

Myodetox starts with the belief that everything is connected. We start by looking at the global picture of how your body is ordered and balanced, how your body moves, and how one issue can lead to problems elsewhere. This helps us look strategically and systematically at the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas holding you back from performing at your best. This approach allows us to not just treat pain, but also to help you move better to make sure this pain never comes back. You will spend your entire session 1-on-1 with your therapist - no machines or assistants.
