Long Hay Forest Chak
Forest is a passionate sports enthusiast who has been actively involved in basketball since high school, along with tennis and snowboarding. His deep love for exercise and training, combined with firsthand experience with injuries—both his own and those of people around him—led him to pursue a career in rehabilitation. He was driven by a desire to better understand injuries and help others recover, rebuild strength, and prevent future setbacks.
Forest’s treatment approach integrates manual therapy, personalized exercise programs, and dry needling/acupuncture to support recovery and optimize movement. He is dedicated to helping clients stay active, perform at their best, and return to the activities they love. Forest also places a strong emphasis on patient education, ensuring that individuals understand their condition, treatment options, and strategies for long-term health. By empowering patients with knowledge, he promotes greater engagement in the recovery process and helps prevent future injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Forest enjoys playing basketball, training in the gym, hitting the tennis courts, and snowboarding in the winter months.
