Julia obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Originally from Ontario, Julia has spent time in B.C before; completing her first yoga teacher training in Victoria, BC. She went on to become certified in both Flow and Advanced yoga levels in 2014 and 2018. Julia also has a conversational level of Polish.
Julia is passionate about moving mindfully and supporting others in achieving their goals – even when those goals may feel unachievable! Your customized sessions with her will likely include manual therapy, chiropractic adjustments, mindfulness practice, breath work, and exercises.
Julia believes that movement can often help you feel better – whereas mindful movement can help you identify just how capable you are at improving your mindset, your body and your health. She has a special interest in treating runners, triathletes, pre/post natal, women’s health, and individuals looking to introduce more movement and activity into their routine
It has been Julia’s dream to come back to BC for quite a while! When not in the clinic, you can find Julia out exploring, on her mat, spinning, hiking, running, swimming, or snowboarding!
