In addition to your Myo Signature Sessions, we offer a range of specialty sessions tailored to your body’s unique needs. You can choose a specialty session in two ways: your clinician may recommend one based on your needs, or you can select one yourself based on your personal goals. These sessions—ranging from pelvic health therapy and targeted massage to run assessments and more—deliver focused care to help you recover faster, move better, and feel your best.
Your First Myo Session
Your first session is dedicated to understanding you. An expert Physical Therapist or Chiropractor will guide you through a comprehensive whole-body assessment to explore how you move, uncover the root cause of any pain or discomfort, and start treatment right away with hands-on therapy.
