Kareem Ali
Kareem Ali is a Physiotherapist at Mississauga in Toronto.
He earned his Master’s in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2018 and brings a strong foundation in Human Kinetics, including experience working within the strength coaching departments of the CFL and OHL. That background shaped his deep understanding of performance, movement, and rehabilitation across a wide range of populations.
Kareem takes a movement-based, client-centred approach to care, grounded in collaboration, education, and evidence-based practice. He focuses on creating individualized treatment programs that may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and health education to help clients move better and reach their goals with confidence.
Passionate about exercise science and ongoing learning, Kareem has completed certifications in Advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy and regularly attends professional development workshops, including Mulligan, McKenzie, and introductory acupuncture courses. He has also contributed to the field through research, publishing a paper in the BMC Musculoskeletal Disorders journal on inflammatory markers in lower back pain in 2020.
Outside the clinic, Kareem enjoys playing golf, training in the gym, and travelling in his spare time.

It’s time for a 1:1 with a body expert.
