BODY IQ Ambassadors
A Collective Driving A New Standard of Care.
Our Body IQ Ambassadors live what we believe and inspire what we do.
They’re out in the community, leading conversations around better movement, helping others understand their bodies, and showing what it looks like to care for yourself consistently.
Each ambassador brings their own perspective, community, and story. But they all share the same goal of helping more people move better, feel stronger, and build a deeper connection with their body.

Meet the Body IQ Ambassadors
From movement and wellness to sport, creativity, and community, our ambassadors bring Body IQ to life in their own way.

Noah Floods

Noah is a community-oriented, accessibility-driven boxing coach and mental health advocate. He loves the sport of boxing because it was a vehicle of his own wellness journey recovering from BPD (borderline personality disorder) and MDD (major depressive disorder).
He's inspired to take a sport he's known to be "traditional" or "scary" and make it as accessible and malleable to as many people as he possibly can by bending and breaking its norms to fit any and every person's needs.
His mantra is that boxing is for everyone, and it's a TEAM sport.

How do you incorporate Myo into your life?
I strive to help my community make lifelong choices to improve their wellness, and whether you're training with me or I'm the one training, recovery and preventative bodily care are imperative to the principles I use to guide my program.

Gabby Villasenor

The most important things to know about Gabby are: nothing makes her happier than the warm sun on her skin, she loves Movement, finding the magic in the most mundane moments, and her life's work is to support you in building your relationship with Movement. She runs an app where those things get to co-exist alongside each other, and she loves it more than anything.
How do you incorporate Myo into your life?
To me, Movement success is all in the details and how I show up for myself in daily ways that contribute to the bigger picture. Training to futureproof my body is built on the same ethos. It's all part of a proactive approach to taking care of myself and a commitment to stay in it for the longevity of my life, training, and wellbeing.
