Stanley Wong
Stanley is a lifelong learner with a deep curiosity for human anatomy and movement. A shoulder injury during CrossFit introduced him to massage therapy, where he found lasting relief and a new career path.
Born and raised in Vancouver, Stanley is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and a former Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience supporting beginners in strength training.
He specializes in orthopaedic injuries and pelvic health, using a tailored mix of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue massage. His approach emphasizes restoring functional movement, improving posture, and supporting the mind-body connection.
An avid athlete, Stanley stays active through weightlifting, running, and swimming, and is always exploring new recovery methods. Outside the clinic, he enjoys reading and writing about psychology, philosophy, and theology.
Stanley is fluent in English and Cantonese.
