Bernardo Garcia

Physical Therapist

Bernardo embarked on a career in physical therapy after observing its positive impact on his mother’s recovery from a stroke. This experience highlighted the importance of physical therapy in daily life and sparked his interest in helping individuals, particularly athletes, enhance their performance and avoid injuries through a better understanding of body mechanics.

Bernardo holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and is a certified Vestibular Concussion Specialist through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. His approach to treatment is focused on addressing the root cause of discomfort, rehabilitating movement, and educating clients on injury prevention. His expertise extends to concussion management, and he has played a key role as the head physiotherapist for rugby teams in both Los Angeles and New York. Beyond his professional achievements, Bernardo enjoys tennis, skiing, snowboarding, and rugby, as well as exploring culinary delights and taking road trips. His balanced approach to work and life showcases his dedication to health and well-being.
