This 2 day intensive course is designed to equip practitioners with an advanced toolkit for assessment of functional mobility and neurological function, as well as a detailed framework for manual myofascial techniques applicable to a variety of conditions and patient presentations.
Movement Concepts Level 1 - Bridging Rehab to Performance
This 2-day interactive course is designed for Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Registered Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Personal Trainers - a unique approach to exercise application. Based on the principles of Specificity and Quality, it challenges convention and encourages creativity in conjunction with clinical reasoning.

Gilbert Park, MPT
Director of Education
Gilbert has been working in the rehab industry for 13 years, first as a kinesiologist and now as a Physical Therapist. He primarily works with the sports and orthopaedic population in a multidisciplinary private practice. He has a passion for continuing education and clinical development, helping clinicians hone into their craft in assessment and treatment. Gilbert has a great attention to detail when it comes to clinical reasoning and practice, which translate into his work as one of the principle instructors at Myodetox.
Christina Lumba, RMT
Senior Manager, Clinical Development
Christina has a background in Kinesiology and continued to pursue a career in the rehab and performance industry as a Registered Massage Therapist for 8 years. Her practice is focused on proactive care in an
orthopaedic setting where she works closely alongside Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and other RMTs to help patients achieve above and beyond their goals. Christina has worked with an array of different populations, ranging from elite athletes to post-operative care patients. As the Senior Manager of Clinical Development, she has an immense passion for the pursuit in clinical excellence and therefore she helps develop and teach courses with the Clinical Development team.
Andrew Sabarre, BSc.PT, FCAMPT
Chief Clinical Officer
Andrew Sabarre oversees the Clinical Operations and Development in both the US and Canada. Andrew is a passionate educator and has developed the educational system at Myodetox, teaching courses across North American on both Manual Therapy and Movement Retraining. A Physical Therapist for nearly 20 years, Andrew has a wealth of experience in working with athletes from professional backgrounds such as the NBA, NHL and MLS. With his experience, Andrew has been working on bringing the elite care experience of the professional athlete to the rest of the world through Myodetox.
