Ernest is a passionate physiotherapist whose interest in the field sparked from personal sports-related injuries and a deep commitment to helping others recover and achieve their physical goals. With an active background in sports such as ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and snowboarding, Ernest brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to his practice. He adopts a client-centered approach, emphasizing tailored treatments that focus on individual goals, integrating manual therapy, exercise therapy, and extensive client education to ensure not only recovery but also long-term health and prevention of future injuries.

Holding an AIM Orthopedic Level 1 Certification and experience in geriatric care, including roles as a Student PT at a Geriatric Falls Clinic and volunteer work at a senior care home, Ernest is skilled in addressing a wide range of physical challenges. His practice caters to athletes, older adults, and desk workers alike, offering specialized support that spans from sports performance optimization to fall prevention and workplace wellness. Outside his professional endeavors, Ernest enjoys engaging in various physical activities, including weightlifting and snowboarding, and is fluent in Cantonese, which enhances his ability to connect with and serve a diverse clientele.
